At Gamersuppsggshop, we stand behind the quality of GG® energy and nootropic formulas. Refunds are eligible for unopened, unused GG® products returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original packaging (with intact seals and labels), and you must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt). This policy covers all standard GG® products; custom or personalized items (if applicable) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To initiate a refund: Email

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send a confirmation with a prepaid return label (domestic orders) and instructions. For international orders, return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is our fault. Once we inspect and approve the return (3–5 business days post-delivery to our warehouse), refunds are processed to your original payment method, taking 5–7 days to reflect in your account.
Opened or used GG® products are non-refundable, as we cannot guarantee safety or quality post-opening. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product/packaging for verification. We’ll issue a full refund or replacement at no cost—no return required. We reserve the right to deny refunds that don’t meet criteria to prevent abuse.
