Order Processing: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of successful payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotional events) but will not exceed 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 6–12 days from the date of shipment. This timeframe applies to all destinations worldwide and is an estimate based on standard shipping routes; minor delays may occur due to customs procedures, local logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees: Gamersuppsggshop offers free shipping for all orders globally. No additional shipping charges will be added to your total at checkout, regardless of order value or destination.
Tracking & Inquiries: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 4 business days of payment, or if your order shows no movement for 7+ days after dispatch, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number for assistance.
Undelivered Orders: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to confirm details and reship the order free of charge. If we cannot reach you within 14 days, a full refund will be issued (excluding any cases of intentional address misinformation).
